Circles of Wild Belonging
~ Community practices for peace with wildness ~
Life is an exquisite web of interdependence, cooperation and change. We are never alone in it. And yet sometimes people feel alone on the path or somehow separate from this bigger story of life. Walking one’s life path as an individual can be in conscious reciprocity with nature and an expanded sense of community when we dare to share our truth in safe spaces and be held by them, especially when we include the wild landscape in our experience of community. The wild ones are listening. Let’s listen back.
Siri and Scott are both gifted council holders, threshold guides and community leaders locally and globally. Council is a relational practice of communication that cultivates empathic listening and heartfelt dialogue. Calling forward our deep listening, council brings people together in circle, under the guidance of facilitators, for authentic and emergent conversations. Living like a circle takes practice, and it’s the most natural thing in this ever changing world...
